Store Introduction
We are the second shop from the corner of the Appalachia-Minami junction on Asakusa-Kappabashi Street. We provide both Japanese and Western confectionery supplies, tools, and appliances for use at home, cooking classes, and professional confectionery. In business since 1950, let us use our experience to help you open a confectionery or start making cakes for fun at home. We accept orders via FAX, telephone, etc., and ship cash-on-delivery by Kuroneko Yamato.

Chiffon cake molds in five sizes
We have chiffon cake molds in five different sizes. The most popular is 20cm. The molds are available in three different materials, aluminum, aluminum-plated iron, and silverstone coated. The aluminum molds are the best.

Bread molds
Three types of bread molds with lids (1 loaf, 1.5 loaf, and 2 loafs). Special size orders accepted for 10 or more units. Special-order products require longer delivery times. Ready-made products available at reasonable prices which are about the same price as a loaf of bread.

Branding irons
Branding irons are a great touch for manju (steamed yeast buns with filling), rolled eggs, boiled fish-paste, bread, pancakes, etc. Our wide range of branding irons featuring seasonal patterns for winter, spring, summer and fall include flowers and animals. Special orders welcome.
