"MUSASHI JAPAN" is a Japanese knife brand focused on traditional Japanese culture and experience. All of the kitchen knives we manufacture undergo long hours of forging and polishing, and are not only superior in terms of performance, but also have a story to tell and an artistic quality. MUSASHI JAPAN, which has a store in Kappabashi, provides a customer service experience that is personal to each customer. To help customers better understand kitchen knives, the store offers video interviews with craftspeople, as well as the opportunity to try cutting and sharpening kitchen knives.

  All Musashi kitchen knives are made by craftsmen from all over Japan. It takes 4-5 craftsmen to make each knife, which is not only strong and sharp, but also carries the culture of each region. You can see the craftsmanship and artistic beauty in every little detail.

  Musashi has spent 2 years to successfully develop a knife handle made of marine plastic in unique and tasteful colors. By combining traditional Japanese craftsmanship with marine environmental issues, we aim is to make more people aware of the importance of protecting the oceans in their daily lives.
