Store Introduction

TSUBAYA has sold cooking knives since its foundation in 1956.
Before Kappabashi Tool Town became well known for its many stores selling knives, we opened a store here.
Our knives are popular with chefs in Asakusa, throughout Japan and around the world. We're sure to have what you need, and we're looking forward to serving you.

  • Molybdenum line of standard knives - Santoku

    Carefully made blades are excellent for cutting food ingredients. The edge of these standard knives is easy to sharpen and they maintain their edge, making them very popular with professionals. The simple design is best for a long-term use.
